1 can of creamed corn
2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Bread Mix,
3 eggs
2 to 3 tbs of sugar
8 ozs sour cream
Preheat oven to 400. Mix all ingredients. Melt a half stick of butter in a 9x11 inch cake pan. This can be done by placing the pan in the oven for a few minutes while the oven preheats. Pour batter into pan over the melted butter. Bake 30 minutes.
