8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 medium potatoes
1 onion
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes (skin on) in salted water until done. Cut into bite size cubes. Add sour cream, soup, salt, pepper and chopped onion. Mix well. Spread into a 9 x 13 baking dish
Combine cheese and bread crumbs and spread on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
