1 baguette loaf
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
3 plum tomatoes, chopped
20 basil leaves, chopped
1 cup grated mozzarella or 8 oz sliced mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the baguette into 1/4 inch thick slices, brush with olive oil and toast in 350º oven 5 to 7 minutes
Mix together garlic, tomato and basil.
On each slice of bread place cheese and a spoonful of the tomato mixture
Return to 350º oven to melt cheese
