1 pkg for each recipe Manicotti shells

Meat filling:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese grated
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk

Cheese Filling:
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese grated
2 lbs Ricotta cheese
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup paramesean cheese grated
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper

4 cups spaghetti sauce for each type of stuffing

Directions:

Cook manicotti shells in water with 1 tbsp Olive oil
Once cooked, drain and add cool water to hold them.

Meat stuffing:
Mix ground beef, onion and garlic and brown. Drain thoroughly. Add bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, salt, pepper, eggs and milk and mix together.

Using a teaspoon, fill each shell and place side by side in glass baking dish. Top with spaghetti sauce and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cheese stuffing:
Mix cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper and sugar.
