Rub pork all sides with mustard. Coat with mixture of brown sugar, paprika, coarse black pepper, lemon salt, small amounts of garlic powder, cinnamon and cayenne pepper.
Marinate in bag overnight.

Directions:
Directions:
Soak wood chips in water with bay leaf and rosemary.
Grill slow 200º. Baste with apple juice.
Pull apart and serve with barbecue sauce.
