5 eggs
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
3 1/2 cups Swiss cheese
1/3 cup onion, diced
1 1/2-2 cups ham diced
2 Tbls. cornstarch
1 pie shell
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and then add all of the other ingredients, except the meat and cheese and stir until well mixed.

Layer the ham and cheese in the prepared pie shell. Pour the mixture over the meat and cheese.

Bake at 385º for 30-40 minutes until firm to the touch. Allow the quiche to sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting.

You can substitute the Swiss and ham for your other favorite meat and cheese combinations. We also like to make this with cheddar cheese and breakfast sausage.
