Bottom layer;
1 c flour
1/2 c butter, softened
1 c finely chopped pecans
Middle layer;
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c sugar
9 0z container cool whip
Top layer
6.75 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c cold milk
6.75 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
small milk chocolate bar, grated

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Make bottom layer by mixing together the flour, butter and pecans until crumb like. Press mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. until lightly golden. Cool.
Make middle layer by beating cream cheese with the sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 the cool whip. Spread mixture over the cooled crust.
Make the top layer by beating half the milk with each pudding mix until smooth and thickened. Spread in layers. Spread remaining whipped topping over the top. Sprinkle grated hershey bar over the top. Cover and refrigerate.
