4 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
4-5 eggs
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. sugar
2 T vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
2 T soft butter
1 sleeve graham crackers
1 pint sour cream
2 T sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 can Comstock blueberry pie filling

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix cream cheese, eggs, 1 1/2 c sugar, 2 T vanilla and 1 tsp almond extract together. May have a few small lumps. Butter the bottom of a 9-10 inch spring pan, cover with crumbled graham crackers. Press into spring pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over graham crackers. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile in small bowl. Mix sour cream, 2 T sugar, and 2 tsp vanilla extract. Pour over cheesecake after it has baked for 30-40 minutes. Bake 10-15 minutes more. Cool. Refrigerate overnight. Cover with Comstock pie filling.
