1/2 c margarine
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 20-oz can crushed pineapple
7 slices soft white bread, cubed into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat until light and fluffy. Fold in pineapple that has been well drained. Fold in bread. Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350º. Great with baked ham!
