2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. each oatmeal, raisins, pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, sugar, and Crisco until well blended. In a seperate bowl, sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Alternately mix milk and flour mixture into Crisco mixture. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix in 1 c. each of oatmeal, raisins, and nuts. Bake @ 325º for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
