4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c sugar
1 c oil
2 c all purpose flour
2 t baking soda
2 t pumpkin pie spice
(1) 16 oz can pumpkin
1 c chopped walnuts
1 c golden raisins
1/2 t salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together eggs, sugar and oil. Add flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Mix well. Add pumpkins, nuts, and raisins. Mix well. Bake at 350º for 55 minutes in a well greased and floured bundt pan. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar when cooled, or serve with whipped cream.
