1 Pork Shoulder or Picnic or Boston Butt
Yellow mustard
8 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Rub the whole shoulder with mustard. Then pat in the rub all over into the mustard. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Take out an hour before putting on smoker.

Get smoker going at about 250F. Put shoulder on top rack. Let 'er go for 8-12 hours. For pulled pork you want 190-200º internal temp.
