Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

DOUGH
1 1/2 cups water
4 1/4 cups bread flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
4 Tbsp. dry milk
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. active dry yeast

FILLING
1 1/2 cups granular sugar
3 Tbsp. cinnamon

PREPARED PAN
1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup brown sugar to generously cover bottom of pan
1/2 cup or 15 walnut halves - one walnut half per roll

TOPPING
1 1/2 cups "Coffee Rich" non dairy creamer - any other will curdle

Add the dough ingredients, in the order listed, to the bread machine and prepare using the dough setting. When finished with dough cycle let rise in machine until bread size. On a lightly floured surface, roll out to an 18" by 30" rectangle.

FILLING:
Sprinkle granular sugar and cinnamon generously. Roll into a log and slice into 15 pieces approximately 2 inches thick. Place each piece into prepared Pan. Pour "Coffee Rich" over rolls and let rise until double in size.

PREPARE PAN:
Grease pan with butter. Layer bottom of pan with brown sugar and walnut halves placing a walnut where each roll with be placed.

Bake 350º for 30 minutes
