1 box yellow butter cake mix (asking for 1/2 c butter in ingredients needed)
pure peanut butter( no sugars added)
1 can whipped butter cream frosting
1 cup (or so) low sugar grape jelly
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix according to package directions, substituting the peanut butter for the butter amount.
Bake according to package for cupcakes.
When cupcakes are cooled, put a small slite with a knife into the center and with a tiny spoon, put 1 or 2 T jelly in the center. We used a large syringe. (or pastry tube).
Stir 1/2 cup peanut butter(may need to soften for a few seconds to make stirring in easier) into the frosting -Frost and eat!

When we were in Sacramento Celeste took us to fancy cupcake house. This was the "house specialty", and like Grandma Linda, we knew we could copy on our own! They were $3.00 a piece, for that price we made a dozen!
