3 c self-rising flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 can (12 oz.) beer
2 tbsp butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, sugar and beer. Blend with mixer. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 55 minutes at 350º. Brush top with soft butter, then bake for 5 more minutes.
