15 lb bone-in ham, trimmed
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap ham in foil and bake all night at 250º. Mix brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce and black pepper to make a paste. Spread over ham and place under broiler for about 10 minutes; watch carefully. Turn oven off and leave ham inside until ready to slice and serve. Best ham ever.
