1 pkg premade sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 t. vanilla
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, sliced
Cinnamon
1/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
1/2 c. chopped peanuts (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spread cookie dough on pizza pan. Bake 16-18 minutes. Cool at least 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly over cooled cookie crust. Arrange apples as desired. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle caramel topping over entire pizza and sprinkle with nuts.
