2 1/2 cups of mashed sweet potatoes 1 cup of sugar 1 stick of butter 3 eggs yolks 1tsp.nutmeg 1/2tsp.cloves 1/2 cup of milk

Momiet said she always baked her sweet potatoes then scraped the sweet potatoes and measured into bowl.Mix all of these ingredients together and fold in the beaten egg whites. Bake slowly in unbaked pie shell.
