1 1/2 lb ground beef
2/3 c onions, chopped
2 tbsp shortening
3 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c canned diced tomatoes
1 1/2 c red beans, drained
1 1/2 c cornbread batter (1 jiffy© cornbread mix according to box)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Brown meat and onions in shortening. Add seasonings; Worcestershire sauce and tomatoes. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Add red beans. Pour into greased casserole pan. Top with cornbread batter (made according to box) and bake in hot over (350º) for 20 minutes.
