2 tbl. butter (1/4 stick)
2 6oz. 1 1/4" thick tenderloin steaks
2 tbl. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
pepper
1/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup whipping cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium high heat. Add steaks and cook to desired degree of doneness, about 4 min. per side for rare. Add mustard and Worcestershire to skillet. Season with pepper. Stir to combine. Remove pan from heat. Remove steaks and keep warm. Add brandy to pan and ignite with match. When flames subside, return skillet to heat. Add cream to skillet and cook until reduced to thin sauce, about 2 min. Pour sauce over steaks to serve.
