6 eggs separated
3 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
3 cups cake flour
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
butter or vanilla flavoring

Directions:
beat egg white till stiff and set aside. cream butter and sugar till creamy, in a separate bow mix flour with salt and soda. alternate dry ingredients with sour cream until well mixed. fold in egg whites. put in well greased and floured pan and put in a cold oven. bake at 300º for 90minutes.
