2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
8-10 slices day-old bread
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, thoroughly combine eggs, milk, cinnamon and salt. Preheat skillet, uncovered, at 350º. Melt 1 tbsp. butter. Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides. Place 3 to 4 slices in skillet. Fry until golden brown. Turn and brown other side. Serve with syrup.
