3 cups diced cooked turkey, 2 hard boiled eggs chopped, 4 oz can of drained mushrooms,3/4 cup diced celery,1/2 cup slivered almonds,1 tablespoon grated onion, 1 can cream of mushroom soup,3/4 cup mayonnaise, small can of chow mine noodles.

in large bowl mix all ingredients except the chow mien noodles. You may need a little salt and pepper to taste. pour into a sprayed casserole dish and top with chow mien noodles. Bake uncovered appx 30-45 minutes.

Mamal used to use the recipe when we had a lot of turkey leftover from thanksgiving. We loved it all the time so sometimes she would make with chopped up chicken. one time she substituted the almonds with pecans. One other word of advise is use Blue Plate mayo!
