1 roll white chocolate chunk cookie dough
2-1/4 cups shredded coconut
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp coconut extract
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350ºF.

In a large bowl, break up the cookie dough. Add coconut and extracts; mix well. Drop dough by the teaspoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheets.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes, remove from cookie sheets. Makes 30 cookies.
