2 3 oz. pkgs lemon Jello
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
2-1/2 cups water
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, heat pineapple, water and sugar until it comes to a boil; add Jello and mashed cream cheese. Stir until dissolved; pour into dish and set in fridge for 4 hours. When jelled, spread Cool Whip on top.
