For the dumplings: 2 c flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs and approx 2/3 c milk.

For chicken: 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1 tsp sage.

Directions:
Take 1 medium sized whole chicken, cover with water in a large pot. Then add noted ingredients, cover and boil / simmer until soft. After chicken is cooked remove from water and let cool then de-bone. Strain the left over broth. While the cooked chicken is cooling, put dumpling ingredients in bowl and mix into a doughy consistency. Bring strained broth to a boil and add tsp sized dough balls to the broth until all dough is used. Let dumplings simmer in broth approx 15 min, then add chicken meat to broth.
