2 1/2 lbs of fresh spinach
1 1/2 lbs of meat ( beef, port or chicken)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup of tomatoe paste
1/4 cup of flour
Dill & Parsley, about 1 T. each
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:

Cut meat in small square pieces and put in frying pan with 2 T. oil. Add salt and pepper and a bit of water. Braise meat on medium fire.
In another pot, put about 1/2 gallon of water with some salt. When water comes to a boil, add spinach and scald it. Strain spinach and chop up in big pieces. Put spinach over meat in skillet, add the flour, the tomatoe paste and salt as you like.
Put the pot in the oven at medium fire for about 20 minutes.
