about one cup Best Foods mayonnaise
" 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
" 2 Tbsp. paprika
" 2-4 cloves pressed garlic cloves ( to taste)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and spread on split French Bread. Broil under the broiler WATCHING CAREFULLY! When bubbly and golden brown, remove, cut in slices and serve!

Mom brought me this recipe when she and Daddy came to visit Mike and me in Albuquerque the summer after our wedding! She had some trouble at first because a gas stove broiler is different than an electric one! Mike calls this "Heart Stopper" bread, but it is very delicious!
