4-5 medium apples peeled and diced. (do not use core or seeds)
water
sugar
cinnamon
butter

Directions:
Directions:
boil sliced apples in water until tender. When almost done drain off most if not all of the water, add in the butter (about 1 Tablespoon or so), about 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. mix and serve
