Boil approx 8 large potatoes.
Boil approx 3 large eggs.
celery
mustard
mayo
celery seed
onion powder
etc.

Directions:
boil and peel the potatoes, let cool before you dice them.
boil and peel and wash the eggs. dice and set aside.

In large bowl add the diced potatoes and eggs. dump in some mayo, mustard and relish if desired. add in any herbs or veggies you want to spice it up. I have used chopped tomatoes, celery, an many other things. mix well. Serve cold. It always tastes better the next day as the flavors get to marinate so make at least six hours or so before your picnic.
