Ingredients:  
Canned tuna or salmon, drained.
one egg
saltine crackers
ketchup
dried minced onions or onion salt
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
heat up skillet add a little oil if your pan sticks.
form patties from meat mixture and place on hot griddle. let brown but not burn, flip over and repeat on other side.

I have substituted crushed croutons in place of saltine cracker crumbs.
