1 lb shrimp
3 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 sticks celery
4 stalks green onion
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 cans of mushroom soup
soy sauce, garlic salt, and black pepper, to taste
1 lb linguine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil linguine noodles according to package instructions, set aside.

Saute shrimp with butter, garlic and ginger, set aside.

Saute celery, add mushroom soup, soy sauce, black pepper and a small amount of water. Toss with linguine and garlic salt. Place shrimp and green onions on top. Enjoy!
