CRUST
30 chocolate chip cookies, crushed
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 flaked coconut, finely chopped

FILLING
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1-1/2 cups flaked coconut
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup chopped pecans

GARNISH
1-1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 350ºF

In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter. removed from heat and stir in cookie crumbs. Press evenly into bottom of 9x13 inch pan; bake 8-10 minutes

In medium bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar, coconut, flour and baking water with electric mixer at low speed until well combined; stir in pecans. Spread filling over crust. Bake 20 minutes; cool on wire rack.

Using sharp knife, cut into 12 squares. Place on individual dessert plates and top each with 1/2 cup scoop of ice cream. Makes 12 servings.
