1 Whole chicken
Celery
Carrots
Basil
Salt
White onion
Potato
Chicken/veggie stock

Directions:
Directions:
-Fill large soup pot full of water
-Put whole chicken in pot with:
potatoes (cut in halves)
Celery (as much as you want)
Carrots (as much as you like)
1 sliced onion
basil leaves

Cook on med-high setting for 1 hr.

Taste and add chicken stock to taste.

Cook longer until chicken begins to fall off bones.

Remove bones and leave in chicken.

Then eat!!! Yummy!!!
