4 or 5 Hot Italian Sausages
28 oz. can undrained tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 sweet pepper and/or zucchini – chopped
1 red onion
1 Tsp. chili powder
1/2 Tsp. dry mustard
Thyme leaf, Garlic powder, Pepper
1/4 Tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Skin sausages and then brown them, drain off fat. Add can of tomatoes and tomato sauce. Stir in pepper, onion and/or zucchini and spices. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
