2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Tsp. salt
1/4 Tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 Tsp. water
1/4 cup flour
3 Tbsp. oil
2 green peppers
1 15 oz. can pineapple and syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp. Soya sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Form meat balls and dip in eggs and water and then flour. Sauté. Drain juice from pineapple and water to make 1 cup, stir into dripping in pan. If you don't want to use water add pineapple juice for even more flavor. Stir in brown sugar and cornstarch, vinegar and Soya sauce. Heat stirring constantly. Add green pepper and simmer for 15 minutes. Add pineapple just before serving. Serve with rice
