1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 pints fresh blueberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice (more or less to taste)
2 tbsp. butter
1 ready made pie crust
Topping:
1 cup flour
1/2 c. firm butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pie crust in 9 inch pie plate. Prepare topping by mixing ingredients with a fork until crumbly. Wash and drain blueberries and mix in flour, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Dot with butter. Pour into pie shell and top with crumb mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.

This recipe was created by Trish and me down at The Bay after buying a bunch of blueberries around the Fourth of July. Erin wanted cobbler; Polly wanted pie, so we made both; hence, "pobbler!" This is so easy, so American, and so delicious: a Slam Dunk!
