6 c. figs, mashed
6 c. sugar
12 oz. strawberry jello

Directions:
Directions:
Wash figs in soda water, rinse in plain water.
Mash enough figs(including skins) to make 6 c.
Add 6 c. sugar & boil 5 minutes.
Add 12 oz. strawberry jello & boil 15 minutes.
Put in jars with stick on lids & rings.
Process 10 to 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
Yields 9-12 oz. jars.
