Cake:

2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 cups self rising flour
20 oz. can crushed pineapple w/juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans


Frosting:

8 oz. pkg cream cheese (room temp)
3 oz. pkg cream cheese (room temp)
1 stick margarine (room temp)
2/3 - 1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream together sugar and eggs. Add flour, pineapple, vanilla and pecans. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 35-40 mins. Cool cake completely before frosting. Beat together cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Spread onto cooled cake.
Refrigerate remaining cake.
