8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
2 cups crumbled American cheese
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to pkg directions. In a mixing bowl combine 1 cup of cheese with the flour, onion, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Add the hot macaroni and mix well. Put mixture into a buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour milk over the macaroni. Top with remaining cheese and dot with butter. Bake at 350º for 45 mins. or until macaroni is firm and the top is golden.
