Directions:
Mix all spices together in a small bowl. One batch makes 9 tsp. seasoning, and there are about 2 heaping tablespoons of seasoning in one taco seasoning packet. Store in an airtight container for up to six months. To prepare taco meat, use 2 heaping tablespoons in place of a package of taco seasoning (cook approximately 1 lb. of beef or chicken, add 1/2 cup of water with the seasoning, and simmer until the liquid is almost completely gone.)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can make chicken taco meat in the crock pot by adding 2 T. seasoning with 1 lb. meat, and 1 can Rotel or diced tomatoes (undrained). Simmer on low all day and shred before serving.
