For the Pico De Gallo:
5 roma tomatoes, diced
2 jalapenos, seeded and diced (or if you’re brave and like the spicy stuff, leave the seeds in)
1 small onion, finely diced
About half of one bunch of cilantro, chopped
juice of one small lime
salt, to taste

For the guacamole:
4 ripe and soft avocados
About 1 c. pico de gallo, or more to taste
1 heaping tsp. chopped garlic, or more to taste
juice of 1 small lime
salt, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
To make the pico de gallo, mix all ingredients together and adjust salt and lime juice to taste.

For the guacamole, peel, seed and smash the avocados with a fork or potato masher. Add pico de gallo, garlic and lime juice and mix well. Add salt to taste. Adjust pico, salt and lime until the guacamole reaches the taste and consistency you desire.
