1/2 pound uncooked linguini
one clove garlic
one lemon or 2-3 Tbs. Lemon juice
2 Tbs butter
1 Tbs Honey
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Tobasco
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Boil water and start cooking pasta. chop garlic, then saute it in a nonstick pan with a little bit of butter. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the pan ( or add the lemon juice). Then add the remaining butter, honey,Tabasco, and seasonings. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes. When the linguini is cooked, drain the water. Then pour the sauce and cheese over and mix well. This is a great side dish with chicken or pork, or can be served as a main dish with crusty bread and salad.
