1 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
3-4 quarts popped corn
1/2 tsp baking soda

Large brown paper grocery bag

Directions:
Directions:
Put the popped corn in large brown grocery bag.

Cook all except popped corn and baking soda and vanilla in microwave on high for 2 minutes - stir. Cook 2 more minutes. Remove and add baking soda and vanilla, stirriing well. Quickly pour over popped corn in brown bag and fold down top to close bag well. Put in microwave on high for 1 minute. Take out bag and shake well. Turn over and cook one minute and remove and shake well again. Turn up and put back in microwave for 1 more minute. Remove and immediately pour onto waxed paper to cool.
