3 or 4 large potatoe-grated or chopped finely, 8 oz. container of sour c ream, i can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 cup grated cheddar cheese,
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and pour into baking pan and bake at 350º unti the potatoes are soft and done, then top with more cheese and bake a few minutes more to melt the cheese.
