1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
10 Hershey bars, melted
1 c. nuts, ground

Directions:
Mix sugar and butter in HEAVY pan. Cook for 10 minutes on HIGH heat, stirring CONSTANTLY. When the mixture turns caramel colored, remove from heat and pour IMMEDIATELY onto cookie sheet. Spread thinly to edges.
Spread melted chocolate evenly over toffee. Sprinkle with nuts. Cool and break up.
