Bottom Layer:
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. plus 2 tsp.butter

Second Layer:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. corn syrup
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk

Third Layer:
2 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble together bottom layer ingredients. Pack into ungreased 9"x9" pan. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
Combine second layer ingredients in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly as it burns easily. Remove from heat. Beat with spoon slowly until it begins to thicken. Pour over bottom layer.
Melt chocolate chips over low heat or in microwave. Pour over second layer. Chill.
