4 LARGE BONE IN PORK CHOPS
2 CUPS APPLESAUCE
1/3 CUP SOY SAUCE
1/3 CUP ORANGE MARMALADE
1/4 TEASPOON ONION POWDER
FLOUR
PAPRIKA
OLIVE OIL
Directions:
Directions:
Coat pork chops in mixture of flour and paprika and brown in olive oil. Transfer browned pork chops to a casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients well in a large bowl and pour mixture over chops. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Remove cover and continue baking for 15 more minutes.
