4 LARGE BONE IN CENTER PORK CHOPS
OLIVE OIL
SALT
PEPPER
PAPRIKA
FLOUR
2 CANS TOMATO RICE SOUP
1 GREEN PEPPER, DICED (OPTIONAL RED PEPPER)
COOKED RICE OR NOODLES FOR SERVING

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika and coat chops in mixture. Brown chops in olive oil. Drain excess oil from pan. Mix soup and green peppers in a bowl and pour over chops in the pan. Make sure that some of soup mixture is under the chops. Cook on low heat for one hour covered. Baste occasionally. Uncover and cook for another 15 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
