1 c. butter
1/2 c. whipping cream, room temperature
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
16 oz. fettuccine noodles

Directions:
Cream butter. Beat in whipping cream, a little at a time, until mixture is well combined. Beat in Parmesan. Set aside at room temperature. Cook noodles in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes. Drain. Add the creamed mixture and toss until all is coated. Season with a little salt and freshly ground pepper.
